If you receive a wrong, missing, damaged or defective product due to our mistake, we will provide Refund or Replacement. Please read this policy before ordering.	अगर हमारी गलती से गलत, मिसिंग, डैमेज या डिफेक्टिव प्रोडक्ट मिलता है, तो हम Refund या Replacement देंगे। ऑर्डर करने से पहले यह पॉलिसी जरूर पढ़ें।
Opening Video: A full, uncut video while opening the parcel is mandatory for any claim.	Opening Video: किसी भी Claim के लिए पार्सल खोलते समय का पूरा और बिना कट वाला वीडियो जरूरी है।
Report within 2 days: Any damage, missing, wrong or defective product must be reported within 2 days of delivery.	2 दिनों के अंदर जानकारी दें: Damage, Missing, Wrong या Defective Product की जानकारी डिलीवरी के 2 दिनों के अंदर देना जरूरी है।
After 3 days: Any complaint about a mistake, error, damage or product not working will not be accepted or processed.	3 दिनों के बाद: किसी भी Mistake, Error, Damage या Product Not Working की Complaint स्वीकार या Process नहीं की जाएगी।
Damage: Only damage that makes the product unusable is considered. Outer box or packing damage is not considered if the product is safe and usable.	Damage: ऐसा डैमेज जिससे प्रोडक्ट इस्तेमाल न हो सके, तभी डैमेज माना जाएगा। अगर केवल बॉक्स या पैकिंग डैमेज है लेकिन प्रोडक्ट सुरक्षित और इस्तेमाल करने योग्य है, तो इसे डैमेज नहीं माना जाएगा।
Return: We do not provide Reverse Pickup. If a return is required, you must courier the product to us.	Return: हम Reverse Pickup नहीं देते। Return जरूरी होने पर आपको प्रोडक्ट हमें कूरियर करना होगा।
If the mistake is ours, return courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹60 Gujarat / ₹100 Rest of India. Courier receipt is required.	अगर गलती हमारी है, तो Return Courier Charges ₹60 Gujarat / ₹100 Rest of India तक वापस किए जाएंगे। Courier Receipt जरूरी है।
Delivery Delay: Gujarat orders can be cancelled/refunded after 7 days if not delivered. Outside Gujarat orders can be cancelled/refunded after 15 days if not delivered.	Delivery Delay: गुजरात के ऑर्डर 7 दिन तक डिलीवर न होने पर और गुजरात के बाहर के ऑर्डर 15 दिन तक डिलीवर न होने पर Cancellation/Refund के लिए Request कर सकते हैं।
Before these delivery time limits, cancellation/refund due to courier delay or customer-related reasons will not be accepted.	इन Delivery Time Limits से पहले Courier Delay या Customer-related reasons की वजह से Cancellation/Refund स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
Important: Do not send any return without our approval.	जरूरी: हमारी अनुमति के बिना कोई Return न भेजें।
