Charges are based on parcel weight and calculated at checkout.

• Gujarat (India Post / Amazon Courier): ₹62
• Rest of India (Tirupati Courier): ₹62

• ₹230 per kg
• ₹115 for 500 grams
• Volumetric weight will be charged

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 1–4 days
• Other Areas: 4–7 days depending on location & pincode

⚠️ Delivery time is approximate and may vary due to courier delays, flight issues, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

Dispatch Timing FOR AIR 

• Orders before 6 PM → Same day dispatch
• Orders after 6 PM → Next day dispatch

How to Place Your Order

Place your order on our website and message us on WhatsApp if you want Air Delivery.

Express delivery charges will be added manually via WhatsApp after confirming the final amount.

Gujarat Shipping Update

₹30 per kg shipping is available only via Tirupati Courier within Gujarat.

If Tirupati Courier is unavailable, shipping will be charged at ₹62 per kg via India Post or Amazon Courier.

Order Processing & Delivery 📅

• Tirupati Courier orders placed after 3 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
• India Post & Amazon Courier orders placed after 6 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (2–4 days for custom items).
• Dispatch available Monday to Saturday (Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays).
• Delivery usually takes 1–8 working days (up to 15 days for North-East states & Jammu Kashmir).

Order Confirmation ✔️

Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or Cancelled. Please verify all details before confirming.

Product Unavailability or Delays ⏳

If any product is unavailable or delayed, we will inform you within 1–2 working days via WhatsApp.

Incorrect Delivery Status 🚫

If your parcel shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 24 hours:

RTO (Return) Due to Customer Mistake 🔄

If the shipment returns due to incorrect address, wrong contact details, unavailable customer, or unanswered courier calls, RTO and reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Order cancellation is not allowed in such cases.

We dispatch orders on time, but delivery depends on courier services.

We are not responsible for courier delays. Your patience and cooperation are appreciated.
